Does it just toggle on and off w/ a keybind? I don't want to have to turn it off, I just want it to run through 1 complete time for each time I press a specific key.

Also, how does it make the actions happen in wow? I'm not really sure how Blizzard can tell how actions are being made in WOW (whether through keystrokes activating keybinds vs. sending a /cast command, etc..). Would it be safer if all incoming commands were keystrokes for bound abilities, considering that's what WOW is anticipating?

I believe PE had the ability to make a macro that executes once per push of a button. "/pe cycle" I do believe.
