Looking to hire someone to create wow addon

Hi, I am looking for someone who has a great knowledge in WoW addons coding, I want an addon similar to recount. The addon sends damage meter info to our servers and show in our website.
I want the addon to have the following features:
1- Damage meter in each boss.
2- Healing meter in each boss.
3- Class/charcter name-server
4- The data collected by the addon such as damage and healing sent to our servers.
