Ip and botting

I got two banned accounts today and I even gave one to 4chan to have it be logged into many ips but somehow blizzard assumed it was still from my computer. Is changing ips often a good idea or just once? Any good free programs I could use ( not known ones cause blizzard will of course have those ip's).

Pingbuster is the only one i can think of but it isnt free.
