How would I make an Undetectable Visual C++ Death & Decay Drop Command

How would I make an Undetectable Visual C++ Death & Decay Drop Command? Im wondering if this possible to add the C++ Code to a rotation or give the bot the ability to recognize these Spells for each Class and use them. Undetected by using the Mouse Driver to run the Drop cast at the Head of the Character. Left Click, Drop (Coordinate).
