Need help with targeting macro

Hello everyone, i was wondering if there was a way, obviously with LUA unlockers or similar, to setup a macro for facing a target.

I mean, if an enemy is behind you, when that macro would be used, your char would face the mob so he could start attacking.

Is this possible? The best i got is a macro being able to target random enemy, following him, and when in range, attacking him with some spells (I use this, for example, when in LFR bosses, so i can afk while they got killed, but walking towards a boss is not always recomendable or it is pretty obvious you are cheating).
