SGather crashes WoW whenever it attaches?

Guys you think i could have a little help with this? Im new with this.


When i start Sgather.exe it bring up the box where you select your process. When i select my wow process my wow.exe immediately freezes up and says World of Warcraft stopped working.

most likely out of date, or you may need to update your .net. or run as admin.

I ran it as admin..
i downloaded the 4.0.6 version and i need an outdated version that works with 4.0.6 patch...
