how dangerous is to use lazybots evo memory writing?

Hello, sorry if this looks like stupid question, but when you enable memory edit in lazy bots setting it says that you are risking because warden can detect you , so i wanted to ask what are the risk for them to detect you? any way to overcome that warden?

The last time I looked at lazybot it used CTM and I think mouse over interact to loot. So its on the lower end of being detected... And no you cant really get around warden.
