Satchel of Exotic Mysteries Alert

I was wondering if its possible to make a program that would alert you when you can get satchel of exotic mysteries from the random dungeon finder. I think this would be a very useful tool. Especially for the chance of getting more mounts!! Feedback is appreciated.
