Has anybody tried to get a refund for sgatherer?

After the bot being offline for a week straight I filed with paypal to get a refund. I used the bot one day and when I tried to use it again it kept telling it was offline. This went on for a week. SO I recently filed a claim with paypal. Juju refused to refund and now its going through the investigation process. Anybody else tired of no communication and the servers being down and file a claim? If so be prepared to have to deal with the appeal process.
