Hey there guys ! This is not the tipical "omg is it safe ?" question thread. I know bots are not safe and its a matter of being smart about using it, i just have several questions because of work university and social life i cant spend as much time as i want, and tbh im scared of botting for my main account so basically:

I wanted to get a second account for farming and leveling with bots and the questions basically are:

1. If by any chance warden finds me botting with that account (which i plan to have it as friends account with mine for the mount and maybe the extra experience) will it also ban my main account ?

2. Does warden ban by ip ? Like they detect 2 accounts are being used and 1 is botting so they ban both.

3. If they only ban the account using bots would passing gold/mats to my main compromise it ?

I've gotten banned 3 times for botting (im bad, i know) and never IP or other accounts under the same name+raf banned

Didn't understand 100% you say you were banned but they never banned ur main account which was not botting right ?

And by multiple accounts i mean running 1 account botting at the same time i run the non botting account but me playing.


And when you say you were banned 3 times was it because of repeated exposure or just bad luck ?

Does it matter if your accounts are tied together with battlenet? I have my main account that I play on and a 2nd account that I use to use. I am thinking about starting to bot on the 2nd account but it is tied together thru battlenet. I was wondering will wow only ban the account that is botting, or will in ban the whole battlenet account?

ps i am looking just to use a bot for farming. I am thinking about using gatherbuddy.

That is a stupid question. Why would they differentiate between accounts on a single bnet id?
