3.3.5 brg repack!

i just recently downloaded the black rock gaming 3.3.5 repack and its a great repack but i need one thing. i cannot get shadowmourne too proc at all. i see all these things saying go too this file src/spell.app or something like that and im lost... can someone help me so i can get shadowmourne too proc.. and also when me and my friends try too do arena's or bg's it says wait time is unavailable and i cannot force start them like in arcemu this is a trinity core
if someone could help me out much would be appreciated
