Amulti (Or other similar program) porting

I know there is an add on for porting yourself around to different locations for the exploration stuff, and it's not exactly what I'm looking for. And if there is a way for it to do what I'm about to describe please tell me. Here is basically what I had in mind:

A program or add on (not sure what would be the best way to do it) that will read a list of coordinates (most likely an XML file?) and port to those points. I'm basing this on how Glider worked back in the day. I could make my own custom bot profiles by going to a point and clicking "Add" and the going to the next and clicking "Add" again. This would in-turn create a file (XML). What I'm wanting is the same but with teleporting. I would go up to a certain herb and add that point (maybe even from underground?) and the next and next and so on. Then once I have a profile built I would save it and load it for later, I would then have profiles for different herbs or mines or locations that I wanted. This also not be on a time but insteasd would be able to click "Next" when I'm done herbing or mining go to the next location on the list.

Anyway, I hope someone knows of a way to already do this or maybe someone can put something like this together.
