Amuilt / Wow Infinity Hack leveling guide / usages

I cant really work out how these can help you level... Like yer i know speed hack and fly hack to quest area's but i mean does anyone like have a guide or some good knowledge of how to REALLY use this.

Example:

Instance solo leveling, get 5X the xp

Or something along those lines.
