Anyone manage to get this at least half working in the meantime? Obviously tried removing readiness from the rotation. But can't see whats causing it to continuously spam steady shot. Any ideas anyone?

I've managed to tweak this a bit at least in the meantime. I've only used it for BM so far, but it seems to work for the most part :P

Haven't tried BM (because I mean, well... why this season). But MM doesn't work at all. Pops CD's now, scatter trap kind of works, but just does a steady shot rotation.

Sorry about that, yeah I changed the hotkeys to "LCtrl Burst" and "RShift Bestial Wrath" on that last one. Maybe I missed something but I don't pop BW and Rapid Fire at the same time for the most part.
Anywho, here's another with the hotkeys set as stated in the OP, LShift should still be scatter trap and works fine as far as I can see here.

Initially I only changed the manual BM rotation but the auto should work now as well.

I've gone ahead and updated this link with what should be a 'fix' for MM as well. I honestly don't play it much however. Preliminary use at the target dummy shows scatter trap working and the auto burst profile not spamming steady anymore.
Lemme know if I missed something

Thanks TwoJoints, this is really great. Much much appreciated. Only outstanding issue I can see is it isn't casting aimed shot procs in the auto rotation. but no big deal!

Have also noticed an issue with tranq shot not working correctly. Only other thing so far. so nice!
