well its got me stumped, so it fires off stone bulwark totem fine but wont healing surge ??
What if you disable stone bulwark totem then will it surge on you ?

also remember it wont healing surge if youre moving

edit - ok reproduced it now, will try and remedy

edit 2 - disable stone bulwark totem until i update profile later tonight hopefully

ive tested it fully in all LFR so far and I think it works great, but theres 1 or 2 bugs I need to work out with pummel + disrupting shout + spell reflect so I dont wanna put it out yet. Got me through gold proving grounds in 1 shot which was nice and does a fair old bit of dps and im not even gemmed or enchanted
