[PQR] Interrupt with random delay

would it be possible to include disrupting shout as an interrupt if pummel is on CD or slightly out of range, but in disrupting shout range?

Why not just use PQR_SpellAvailable?

if PQR_SpellAvailable(6552) then return 6552 end
