The drop rate as stated in jpte's guide is.
0.005% / 1 out of 1400 mobs will drop it.

its work anywhere from 10 - 30k on some servers, maybe more on newer servers.

( Edit 1 : i found that if you set your pull distance to 1 or 2 it will stop targeting mobs below deck until you are infront of them. )

This is kinda what im looking for, it would be nice to know if its safe at all and if it can farm the beaches instead of the boats
