Glider questions!

I am really new to this site, but so far I like it! Upon browsing the forums, I saw a topic with the world "glider" on it. After reading it, I came up with some questions of my own. (I did try to look up the answers to these questions in the forums, but found nothing.)
And please don't laugh at me. I'm new to this whole world.
Here are my Glider questions:

1. What EXACTLY is Glider?
2. How do I get it?
3. Is Blizz craking down on accounts with Glider? If so, how do I make it so my chances of being caught are lowered?

I have had glider for about a year or two, cant remeber, but a long time. Glider is a bot that kills monsters for you. And yes Blizzard has been banning accounts, i personallly lost tons of gold and multiple of my mains to ban waves. I do support glider, because i own it personally but because Glider is on trial i would reccomend not buying it until the trial is over and theyve won. There is no point spending money on something that is only going to last a little while. Also welcome to the forums

won i dont think they can win at this point the only thing that could possibly happen at this point is the possibility of the supreme court deciding to use this case as a precedent for other cases involving similar circumstances "eula/tos and how it affectscopyright infringements" , me personally i dont see that happening for them, imho the court would probably rather use a case similar to the ones apple may be getting into about with the jailbreaking and such, as they are not only copyright infringements as well as tos eula, and firmware modifications. reason i say this is its easier for the supreme court to cover more aspects of the dmca with cases like apples, where as with blizz and mdy its more or less like this...

broken down "Barney style"

2 kids 1 a little older bully (we shall call this kid "snowball" that should do it lol) and another kid "ted" (not very creative with names lol) on the playground...

now heres the story

Snowy is big ritch and doesnt care about the feelings of anyone but because he has a good bit of money his toys are more fun than most of the other kids and he has alot of friends despite the fact he's a bully, while Ted on the other hand has brains to help others. now they have some friends in common (you me the glider community). ok so Ted being a little les financially endowed makes a toy himself and shows his friends how to do something with Snowys toy, snowy doesnt like this so he and a few other guys show up and tell ted they are gonna beat the hell out of him if he doesnt give them his toy and all the info on how to make more (think source code here). snowy doesnt like getting bullied and he goes and tells the teacher.... well now its at the point where the teacher has gotten on to ted for being a tattle tale and is still debating weather or not he/she is gonna make ted give snowy the things the bully wants.

this wasn't fair so ted went to the principal, and that didnt do anything, so hes now trying to get the school board to hear his case, but first he's trying to convince the principal to let him and his friends keep playing with the toys he provided until someone with a broader outlook on things can make a decision.

now if this truly were playground law, comon we'ld have nothing to wory about, but it is not, and a large portion of the supreme court has never played an mmorpg and doesnt know the time it takes to get to "the good stuff".

that being said while i hope for the best i am preparing for the worst

Aye, dont buy Glider till trial is over (most likely Glider will close IMO) so you wont spend about 30+ euros-dollars for no reason
