Start at Storm Peaks - K3.

Requirements - Pause, Explore K3 and the Cave (completly) to the north which is where you will be gliding.

Watch it for 2 hours before going afk to make sure it's working fine (there are 2 levels which he will drop down and will fight). // If it bugs like going into wall spam i can't control this, just pause it and run around and then click start... i did this twice only and it hasnt bugged for me since.

Mine & Skin - Yes, mining and skinning it will bring you up to 450 for both of them... there is Ore in this cave (Sarnotite and Titan Ore) so it will bring you to 450... the spiders which is what your be fighting will be skinnable and you will get alot alot of borean leather.

Things that will drop - Greens, Alot of Borean Leather, Frostweave Cloth, Saronite Ore, Titan Ore, Crystallized Earth, Crystallized Shadow (good for titansteel bars), Iceweb Spider Silk, Arctic Fur, some blues and maybe epics (only got 2 blues).

Hotspots - you may think three is not enough, so did i... but i left it and it seems to go around the whole cave and keeps doing that so i don't think i need to change anything .

Aliiance/Horde - Both can do as React: A H = green on vendors.
