37% [Drakkari Offerings] (Quest item and can be used at alter to gain buff)
35% 1-3x [Frostweave Cloth]
6% [Fur Clothing Scraps]
3% [Salted Venison] (15,000 HP food)
3% [Thick Fur Clothing Scraps] (gray but sells for 10g/stack -- remove this from lootfilter!)
3% [Honeymint Tea] (12960 Mana drink)
??% [Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage] (You MUST have first aid 390/400 to have this drop!)

Ghost Waypoints: Yes (Horde Only)

Vendor WayPoints: No

XP: ~120-140k XP/hr depending on your level.

Some people have a cracked glider, and not everybody checks glider forums, even if they do have the real ver. Its perfectly fine thats he posted this, although i do think he shoulda gave credit to the original poster

It's never safe.

Whenever you glide you are at risk I never leave my profile gliding more then 2-3hrs without checks in between to make sure everything's alright. Thanks for the great guide.
