yeh its pretty unsafe, especially on an underpopulated server. I quit wow and have seen many many botters, TBA they dont play like real players. They program the bot to do the same thing over and over mostly in the same sequence. Easy to get caught out because bots follow paths which aernt exactly safe.

botting is NOT safe. no matter what anyone tells you. many people do it, myself included, and dont get caught. but more people DO get caught. if you dont mind getting caught, go right ahead. first offenses are usually just a 24-72 hour ban. after that its usually a perma-ban

Look, it all depends on the botter and the bot. True there are ban waves, but you can be semi sure that blizzard is alrdy very busy with the new expansion and fixing bugs and all, that they wont care about botting atm. Thats why they made the quest xp rate so high in northrend. My advice to you, is bot with glider, its very safe. Use glider, set up a safe bot, even if it means logging out frequently. If you are banned, thats your fault, im just giving you a simple tip. I actually just botted the whole night away and recieved around 42 primal lifes. So im sure you will be fine as long as your server is the right amount of population, and you pick good spots and bots.

Wow, you guys are drastically exaggerating the chances of being caught. If you aren't retarded, and you have spent time making sure your profile or task file works perfectly, the chances of getting caught are VERY low. I just dinged 80 on my paladin using glider, no reports, no ban - free level 80. I make all of my own profiles / tasks though, if you put in the necessary time, you won't get caught. It's just as safe as ever to bot, and I'd actually recommend doing it now rather than waiting. I'm sure Blizzard is too busy with other issues to worry about us at the moment.

If you can't do the time, don't do the crime... meaning, If you can't risk losing ur account then dont bot.
