I'm sure Kurios does not want to remove this unless it is breaking the law. It is not warez, as it is not software. It is basically a source code that is sold to people for 120 bucks. The source code is then read by PPather, and interpreted. It then follows the instructions inside the source.

If you release unprotected work, you can't expect it to not be released to others. I don't even think its possible to protect this source unless you incorporate it inside of PPather itself, which is probably beyond his skill level.
