Day 1:

Hand leveled the toon to 11, then had a buddy run me through a few Deadmines and got to 12.

Shortly thereafter I started gliding, Using a waypoint that wanders westfall and random attacks certain levels. I set mine to 10-14.

Three Hours later, im 16.

Day 2: Running same waypoint until I hit 18, at 18 I moved to the beach to kill crabs lvl18. Been running about 4 hours total, and im just under 21. I did stop and get new skills and repair.
