Counting number of debuff on nearby ennemies

    Hi!

I'm developing a enhanc shamy rotation for a friend of mine and I need some help

I want to use fire nova only if 3 or more target have fire shock debuff and to do so, I want to know if there is a way to count the number of debuff and not stack.

If there is a solution, can it be used with oLua, EWT or FH?

    Thanks a lot!
