Get CheatEngine. Comes with built in Speedhack and it doesn't cap at 4 or 250 or anything :P

For those people who get a crash when they start up... When I first tried this it worked but then when I downloaded wow coordinates on the map it started to crash when u leave it on and log in and it gets halfway thru the bar then gets an error. This is because u need to login to ur char then alt+tab out and start up the sped hack =)

as far as i know u can only get reported using this, but its pretty easy to get reported just remember.

I don't understand the whole "250x" thing, though; Imagine walking from the AH in SW to the gates of Elwynn Forest just by tapping "w". Totally impractical.
