There are a number of mp3 player addons to choose from, but this one seems to fit your particular need.

The point of the mod is that when you are in a particular zone... in battle... on a flight path.... it has custom music!

... and he's saying that you can make your own 'custom' music by just playing it through Realplayer, Youtube, Limewire, or Windows Media Player (which as said before is rumored to increase WoW's loading speed)

easier way to do this -.-
in wow press ctrl + s (which turns off all sounds)
then open up iTunes/WMP/Real player or whatever you use to play music.
and there you have it.
