btw, their is a way better mod that puts that info at ur cursor so all u have to do is put ur cursor on the person and u get their info off of the armory. It's called Dopie's Arena info. U can get the mod here Dopie's PVP Central

That AddOn is not up to date all the time (armory is). It relies on a data base that has to be updated by someone. It's much better to use The Armorer since it's allways up to date.

um i no its good and +rep for the file but i am just wondering how you plan on typing in somebodys name while they are running at you shooting you and then be prepared after your at half hp? sorry to flame im just wondering how you can tell peoples names b4 ya see em in bgs? plz tell me

As I said, it's for arena, who cares about BGs, eh?
And yeah, in arena (atleast in 2000+) the teams often take a while just looking at eachother, waiting for the right moment to rush, waiting for some buffs to fade, selecting targets, deciding nuke-order, silence rotation, cc etc etc. You will have PLENTY of time checking the enemies with Armorer (only takes 4-5 seconds).

It connects to the authors website to check version/download updates.
This might not be a huge problem except that it does this at startup AND if it fails the version check (IE the guys website is flooded) it wont start up.

It actually got stuck in annoying updating loop saying my version was old and kept trying to download the new one (which was the same version) and it did not download it anyway lol.

There must be a workaround, I can't check it myself atm though, I'm on my Ubuntu-PC and my Windows one is out of order atm.

lol b4 the match starts you can open up the score pane (shift+space) and see there names ^^

Tho i have to agree Dopies mod for this is way more convenient.

If you go to the curse page there is a direct dowload link named "visit" - which is the download for the newest version. Also if you read the comment from the author it says that the updates version is atm awaiting aproval and will be downloadable directly from curse soon


NOTE: I couldn't post links because I don't have a post count of 3 or higher, yet.
