well no my ping doesn't go up at all from what i understand everyones is going up way high.
So, I dont know if im just doing something wrong or my internet just isn't affected by it or what

The latest version of WIPFW is 0.2.8 is designed for 2000/XP/2003, Not vista. I'm no programmer or anything like that, but ive looked around on many firewall developer forums to know that 3rd party firewalls are 'broken' in Vista. I believe this applies to WIPFW as well. I'm able to get the service started but the program does nothing when I 'Create Lag'. Either means Winlag isnt communcating with the service or the service is unable to execute commands on vista's 'updated' network protocols.

The Fix? Use XP. Unless Piggy is able to get it to work somehow, or perhaps a different service that can do what he wants on vista, we're outta luck
(FYI Microsoft violated some sort of world wide business laws by restricting 3rd party software developers 'full' access to Vista kernels. This is supposedly going to be fixed in Vista SP1.)

Hey Mr. Piggy for some reason my Create Lag button goes gray after i lag once. I cannot fix this so i just open up a new one every time.
Other than that this is an awesome program.

Since i installed this program my internet has gone real sucky, even after using the uninstaller. The program didnt work for me, maybe its because im on a router, but anyway, i was wondering what i should do, because since installing this my internet has gone really bad taking long times to load pages, buffer videos and in some cases leaves me unable to play wow and buffer a video at the same time (which i could easily do before winlag was installed). Any help is appreciated, thanks.

i installed it like you said after that my internet completly ****ed up nothing was working i reboot the computer then my internet stop working and i think your program did that.......can you please tell me how to completly removing it from the register? im on my sister laptop and all the application finish with .ink now nothing work

Thanks for this wonderful apps, it's work like a charm, jump mobs pack is very easy.
But can you implement a fonction to change the name of the process, because is very simple for warden to detect this with this name.

My computer ****ed up using this, I belive its just my computer ( the internet freaked.. I had to system recall, for it to work again )

i got 32 bit vista

pressed install
opened wow
pressed winlag v1.0
pressed F
friend says he cant tell a difference
and i still aggro.. alot of mobs

So nobody still knows how to get this working for us guys who have a problem with the install file. A few of us are getting this msg:

The system cannot find the path specified.

Yes everything is on the C: Drive and the files are on my desktop, have tried the 64 bit version and also run as Admin. Some help would b greatly appreciated here.
