I'm using a cloud gaming pc, can I use their own software for the stream or does it have to be the one in the guide? I'd expect remote = remote right?!

I'm interested in using Chimpeon to avoid going afk and running the auction house. Is there any tips you can give for that? I see that the anti-afk article but it seems to just say jump. I'm not sure if jumping works anymore as it doesn't remove my afk tag.

There are lots of ways you could prevent AFK! Mount and dismount. Move forward and backward. Dance. Do these things every few minutes or longer and you're golden.

Hey I was wondering if this was usable for Lord of the rings online at all. Can I make a path with it so it runs around killing mobs or is mostly just rotations?

Yes it works with LOTRO. You can't really make paths with Chimpeon (well, you could but it would be difficult and unreliable). Just stand in a single spot and kill nearby mobs with a rotation.

I have spent a few days devoting enough time to make it work in wow classic and I have been unable. I have two identical computers and I transmit with splashtop. I have tried in different areas and to extract the colors from photoshop so that the color of the bobber is not altered when the mouse passes over but it has been impossible, as much achievement that works 1 of every 10 times. The truth is frustrating. It would be very much appreciated if you made a video showing how to do it, although I think I am doing everything right.

I know how to use a bot based on color detection, in wow vanilla I had millions of fish caught and I have read practically all the pages of this thread and the guides of your website. My conclusion is that it does not work and is a waste of time.

I think the length of this thread is testimony that Chimpeon does in fact work. It does not work for you because you are doing something wrong - Chimpeon hasn't suddenly broken! Did you adhere to the Troubleshooting section of the developer's guide? All of it? The script supplied works out the box if you follow the simple rules.

And even if the script doesn't work for you, your claim of having botted for years should put you in a great position to configure your own Chimpeon fishing "script" that works for you. Other users have created scripts based on detecting the Windows volume mixer bar for WOW jumping up when the splash effect is performed. There are many ways you can accomplish automated fishing if you can be bothered.

So I tried setting up the wow fishing bot using the import function string from the first page. I increased the scan area, set the correct keybinding but it won't start. If I click fishing myself the looting works perfectly fine, but it doesn't continue with fishing.

What am I missing?

Delete the script you have. Import the script again. Don't change anything except the key binding for the fishing spell. Try again, remembering to zoom in 100% (like playing an FPS), making sure the view angle is level, making sure no other red coloured objects are within the scan area, and making sure your stream window (Splashtop, etc) is focused (I hope you're using streaming)!

Does it make any difference to switch the key sending method 1,2 or 3? Or is it not relevant when using it remotely?

You can try different Methods but the default (3) should work. Remember the stream window must be focused (on top).

i have the same problem as you. it only works 1 time out of 10 casts if lucky. here is a video i made fishing - Streamable (works the same in all locations except one that it works almost every time but worthless)
why do you think it is so cheap ? 10$ for 6 months when all others are 10+ per month.
