Short answer, No.

I use soapbox leveling for a while now. It works perfect.
But every minute I have a fps drop.
I don't have that fps drop if I don't use soapbox.

What could this be?

Well... ALOT of people are having FPS issues. Myself including. Soap has said he was going to re-create this issue and fix it or something, but no fix as of Monday which was the date it was meant to be. So I will let you know if my FPS and other people's frames improves when the fix arrives.

Try 32bit, seems to have a bit more fps than 64

its related to a method I use in 64 bit. You can use 32 bit for now while I resolve it. I would still recommend trying 64 bit first unless you are affected by it, as it does not affect everyone.

Are you paying the 5$/month? Just buy owning 2 rotations doesn't mean you can use them. After buying rotations there's a monthly fee to use the rotation client.
