I think honorbuddy gives out better DPS bursts then TNB but meh.

With very custom extended profiles for a defined stuff, why not, our combat class is open source and can be modified by anyone to increase dps burst.

TheNoobBot uses cooldowns and everything, example for paladin, it optimize the time under guardian, I don't remember exactly, but it's like guardian: wait few seconds: another spell + potion : wait few seconds: another cd.
Well, we based them on theory craft, they may requiere some updates doe, if you feel they don't have a great dps.

And to finish with that: No, honorbuddy don't gives you a better dps with their default routines, like "NO WAY", and as thenoobbot is not slower than HB, I don't see why the same profiles would be having less dps on HB/TNB if someone export it to TNB.

Some guys use SPQR for DPS rotation, it's definively fast, custom classes available, and it's free
