Run it as admin ? Check that you removed Wow-64.exe in your wow install folder.

You have to build your fight rotation by editing the Mage.cs file in Customclass folder

well i have some problem dont know why, SPQR see my wow, but nothing happen after i click ctrl + x

Make sure you're on the proper class.

Passive botting is the safest way to keep away from the warden scope
They can track the rotation but all players use the same rotation to play (the perfect DPS cycle for any class can be fount in the Internet), so they can't detect anything using this method.

I just tested your mage profile, and it just spams Frostbolt. Is that normal?

Yes, as the provided combat class is basic, you have to write your own (by editing the mage.cs file) or use an updated (but untested) one :
