tried calling them only to find out they dont give a shit about their customers anymore, automated(i was banned for automation, where can i find a button to ban blizzard support for message/voice recording automation? anyone?) voice recording told me to write a ticket, try live chat or schedule a callback... wtf?

They dont give a shit, because they are expecting all the banned members to create new account and buy subs. What a joke!
I have been given a 72 hour ban and do not know if I am going back to Wow if the PQR is not fixed. Can I get in contact with Nova, Sheuron, or any other really great programmers to show me how to fix the issue so that this issue will not happen again? I think it happened when my WOW crashed the other day and the game kicked me off. I have not posted a ticket for this issue but should I post one?

Wait... I'm confused... why are we all opening tickets? Doesn't the account closure email say why the accounts were banned? It should be common sense by now that if you use a bot or another cheat program, you're going to eventually get banned. No reason to open a ticket...

Waiting for their new answer if i get declined again i wont give up will try to call blizzard somehow avoiding their automated support...I dont get why some ppl get 72 hours suspensions other perma bans for the same thing.
