[PQR profile] Neutral AH Sniper

But it buy any,I use AH on storm city.It only work in neutral AH?

There's a problem with changes in lua files not applying until you fully restart PQR and type /reload in wow. Check it.

Also, how exactly does "Hiding in a CRZ" work? I thought it's a seamless process. I'm currently botting at the booty bay auctioneer in the basement of the house. I assume if people look for toons in stranglethorn on my realm, they'll see my char in there, will they not?

"Hiding in CRZ" implies that a toon from another realm (preferably low-pop PvE realm) invites your bot into party so it gets dragged into inviter's server. This technique allows you to avoid direct reports from ppl on your server as they won't be able to target your bot.

I currently have a constant "No items found" result on my AH page. Is it supposed to be displayed throughout the botting? It seems to be spamming the search button, but no results are displayed. If this is how it's supposed to be working, awesome. If not, wouldn't want to be scanning for no reason

It displays no results because there're no items matching search parameters. No one uses NAH for "real trading"; instead, people use it to transfer epics between factions via "fake deals". The purpose of my profile is to detect these "fake deals" and intercept them.

Thanks a ton for your reply. Set it up like this right now, it's an ingenious system. I might actually roll a new bot with a name that has a lot of different, very rarely used special characters in the name and use it like this, should lower the chances of getting banned by a lot.. Or it could be raising a flag. I'm going to try it out either way.

Not much to show for today. Had my first snipe, nothing noteworthy though, just a 450 boe trink. Nice to see the sniper is fully functional though. Added some more ultra-rare recipes, grandfathered gear etc to my exceptions. Perhaps I'll do better tomorrow.

please help when i try to download profile the 2 profiles for rotations and abilities don't download it says something along the lines of "failed to save profile download .XML may not be well-formed. Could not find part of the path" for both of them. then retry doesn't work. so what i did was make a notepad and name them the correct things (as ive seen through reading this entire forum) and pasted whats in those links into it (obviously as a XML doc) and then it shows up. once i hit my ALT-C it doesn't work at the AH... this is driving me nuts. please help?
PS the manual download doesnt seem to want to work either.

1) Download the PQR Updater ( https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...PQRUpdater.exe ).
2) Place the Updater in a new folder.
3) Open the updater and install the newest version of PQR.
4) Download the manual install files of the NAH Sniper ( http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/1...NAH_Sniper.rar )
5) Open the .rar file with winrar.
6) Unrar the files from the NAH_Sniper.rar to your PQR folder and rewrite anything it asks you to.
7) Run the Sniper in PQR after you've injected PQR to your WoW client. You can find it under the "Interrupt" dropdown.
8 )When in the auctionhouse (open the AH window) press ALT + C.
9) ???
10) Profit.

It's actually extremely basic. If you still can't get the profile to run, I'm afraid there's no further help I or anyone else could provide you here. There's an easy setup manual written up on the first page of this thread and a PQR setup guide on it's own thread. Good luck with the sniping .

Managed to snipe a couple of thousand worth of mats and a pet, nothing truly noteworthy. Still waiting for a big one (I'd flip the f**k out about a TCG mount). Also, no ragewhispers so far.

Third day, no noteworthy snipes. Managed to get some mats worth perhaps ~200g today. Still looking for some big ones. I'm actually quite suprised at the low NAH traffic on my server, I'm on a full server, waiting in 1k+ queues every evening. Was expecting more action. Not giving up though, it's fun and feels like I'm playing the lottery.

Okey thanks for the help its scaning the ah now, can i go with the basic config? Or do i HAVE to change the config files inside the data files?

It is config's purpose to be changed. You're supposed to read config's description in the original post and change it according to your needs.

Quick question though - is there any way to hide from /who search? Tested it and found that even when in CRZ, the toon still appears in /who search. This is most definitely a major turn-off for many of the wealthier and more experienced players. A lv 1 at Stranglethorn will raise questions and I'm pretty sure a lot of people are postponing their transfers just because they can see a lowbie hanging around in STV.

No. But according to my experience wealthy and experienced players don't transfer their stuff via NAH. All these success stories about sniped TCG show only that unfortunate TCG traders were inexperienced. For instance, it's almost impossible to snipe any TCG loot on russian realms as russian TCG traders are well-aware of neutral AH risks and prefer to spend additional 15 bucks on faction change; they'll include these 15 bucks in price anyways.
So don't worry. Your prey won't slip away.

There's a guy camping the NAH on my servers for hours on end, with a name full of special characters, who doesn't reply to whispers and doesn't react to dieing for like 30 minutes or killing the auctioneer.

Just got both my main and the bot account banned. Took the botted goods that had accumulated over the past week and transferred them to my main via a guild. Put em up for sale and ~2 hours later both my accounts were simultaneously banned for extreme exploitation. Appealed, but to be honest, I'm not very hopeful of the situation.

The bot just bought like 5 stacks of brilliant primordial diamond. For 50g each wic is a overprice. How do i change that?
