i got the same problem, Should the name of the lua be PQR_NAH_Sniper_Config.lua or PQR_ NAHsniperconfig.lua?

Nether, first ensure your data files are:

PQR_NAH Sniper Config.lua
PQR_NAH Sniper.lua

Restart PQR+WoW

It'll work fine from there on.
