Open wow and netlimiter
select your rogue
cast sprint then alt+tab
select wow.exe and set the upload 0.10 kb/s
your sprint will last a LONG TIME ><

Best thing to do is when you have the flag and running up your tunnel, start doing it and they can't hit you/cast spells at you.

It's not for Rogue only.
I just used the Sprint rogue because it's usefull in manycase but you can do it with any class.

despite what anyone says, this is true and does work. you aren't exactly "sprinting for a long time", you are lagging and keeping your client speed thus covering more distance
