Looking for a "No-Cooldown" or / and "No-GlobalCooldown" Hack/s

These past few months I have been watching several pj in Rbg using "No-Cooldown" and "No-GlobalCooldown" hacks. I've been looking for this hacks but I I haven't found anything. Someone have / are doing / can send me any link to get this hack? I would be very grateful.

Pd: I'm playing in official servers with patch 4.3.4.

there was hacks like this going around in 2.4, but when 3.0 hited blizzard removed that api system so globals are 100% controlled by haste, and so is your casting speed. so even if there was a hack like this, it would be unsafe and get you banned in 1min if not less.

not anymore, most things to do with cooldowns are server side

It doesn't matter if the hack is for payment.

Maybe, I can assure you that I have seen these hacks in Rbg in 4.3... Spams of death Coil, blinds, smoke bombs, pain supresion... etc...

There was a GCD Hack in WOTLK that was specifically made for private servers, but I found the same "hack" reduced the GCD of your abilities on live server by 400ms as well (people kept talking shit to me like "oh it doesnt work, nope you're wrong" even when I had videos and combat logs to prove it). When the Cataclysm patch went live though (not cata expansion), blizzard decide to fully enforce the GCD server side, and removed the 400ms leeway that the hack abused.
