    please, let me have my product which I paid real money for. this is literrally ROBBING! if he thinks I misbehaved in the chat, then i dont care! he does not have the right to ban me from using a program I paid for. you are the brain behind this, who else should I message to about this? obviously, i cant say anything to your powertripping friend
    He has every right to ban you! If you swore at a staff member in a shop you would be kicked out, it's exactly the same principle here.

    It's lose you as a customer or lose many others that feel the admins/shop manager are doing nothing about it!

    Not cause its a bad program, all features seams very nice, and I'm not the kind of type that would misbehave either.
    But if I will not support it, if you get banned from the entire system for that small offence, which that could easily been solved with a very simple press on a mute button....

    This was not a big thing/offence really, small and simple.. could have been handled much better.

    I asume that means you can get anything between muted to banned.

    But in in short:
    User being falsely accused but another member, and defending him self, instead he gets banned cause he called the guy a bad word.
    If the admin really had been watching the chat, the admin should have warned the other user for false accusations and and also this user for the bad word, but an ban and that statement "I make decisions" is clearly not acceptable.
    I personally consider this a minor offence since the user in question was accused by another user in first place and the admin who should have watched the chat acted out on wrong user.
    It should not have to go as far that a user gets edged to the point that he or she go as far to say "A-hole" to another user in order for an admin to react/act if the admin really is active.
    Then it's something wrong.

    And I believe this user should get his time back, due to poor admin service in the first place by the bot creator.

    But remember there is always 2 versions to a story, still this is kinda unacceptable behavior from any admin to express him/herself like that. If they really wanna be taken serious.
    A warning and mute, nothing more was needed in this case.
    To make things clear:

    This person insulted other "paying members" and he received a shoutbox ban. After this, he asked me to lift his ban because in his eyes, he did nothing wrong. I wrote him, that he violated the rules and that i dont discuss my decisions.

    In a later message, he wrote that i can go **** myself. That was the reason for me to temporarily suspend his account.

    Like before, i'll not discuss this decision here. As soon, as the maintenance has been finished, you'll have the time to read the rules carefully.

    Within the next 9 hours.

    WoWPlus itself should still work, but we're experiencing problems with the alternate server. I hope, that the host can fix these issues soon.

    Thanks Whoknowsit for posting the other side of the story, as I said "remember there is always 2 versions to a story".

    It sounded slight off what he said, but then again, "kids" can make bots pretty easy these days, so you never know what to expect until you hear the "other side" of the story,
    That's the reason I made a big post about it, not generally to defend fertilizer in this case even if it sounds like it. But hear the other side. I'm a fair guy.
    I think you acted in an somewhat ok.
    he has admitted himself not acting in a correct way by calling someone an A.....

    There for the community mute/ban (right choice), however as an admin who was reading the chat, I do believe you could have posted "Laying will get you no where X" early on in the chat to prevent this, since X was accusing him as he claimed.
    So I understand why he got angry on your decision as well and got frankly pissed at you in the moment. (I guess most would be)

    Lesson to be told fertilizer: Keep your "cool", if admins are present they know whats going on, if you have done nothing wrong you can laugh at peoples accusations without any fear, cause the admins are on your side.
    And you only got an "temporarily" ban from the service meaning you will soon be able to use the service again. It was only an lesson to obey the rules specially towards admins and not a permanent ban.
    Next time keep your cool towards other people and users.

    Good to know, you only put a temporarily ban and not permanent, seeing it was his first offence and he was the target of another members abuse in the first place.
    Even if the other another member did not curse, but openly laying (directly implying you will get banned for spamming. States in the rules: Direct ban) and scaring another paying user of your service / provoke someone to possible commit and offence to defend themselves, that user deserves an big fat warning as well. or actually just as much as an temporarily ban himself for misbehaving towards another paying member.

    In any case since I was not there, to read the chat myself, I really hope fertilizer feels better to know it's only an temporarily ban for cursing towards the admin and I hope you learned from that ban and what I told you above.
    And that Whoknowsit, will make a note of the person whom provoked fertilizer in-case he does it to another paying member, cause then issue should be focused on the provoker and not the one who's defending him/herself.

    I'm going to sub now when I get home from my trip and check the mechanics of the tool etc, seams like much work went into this project.
    And good to know the admins, care about their users and are willing to give out an response when questions/issues are brought to the light.

    Wow plus sadly isn't working. MAybe my files are corrupted. It's holding on, on logging screen (loading profile) Can you please provide me a download link so i can rerun maybe?

    He only has every right to remove a subscription before the subscription's end if the customer signed an agreement stating that administrators have the right to remove a subscription from a customer before the end of the subscription. Otherwise what you said is false.

    Using your example, if you insult a shopkeeper, he has indeed the right to kick you out of his shop but he has no right to withhold the items you already bought and paid for.
    In such event, you will call the police.

    From my point of view, preventing someone (even temporarily) from using what they paid for, just because they insulted you, is plain abuse of authority.
    Just mute or ban those people from the forums – don’t ban them from the program they paid for itself.

    I’m glad I read the last page of the thread before purchasing this.

    Nobody said, that he loses anything, for what he paid for. His subscription will be extended for the time of being banned as soon, as the ban has been lifted.

    However... The maintenance has been extended by a few hours because we have a DNS problem (thanks to Cloudsh!t). For this reason, i've extended every sub.
