it works.. but apparently with 2.1.3 its flawed.. almost instant disconnect from real US server and couldnt validate game version until i quit CE..

Not true, its the value you change it to that matters, try changing it from: 1059360187 to: 105936018 (removed the 7 from the end)
Also, it does that for all version, its because if you change an address's value like that, it doesnt recognize your client, its not the address's fault.. Also normal CE is detected, undetectable one located here

His cheat table is great and I have really enjoyed it, thanks Chazwazza.
Anyway, his cheat table includes your coords, mountain climb value, and speed. The coords/speed are only pointer to the statics so you have to search for them till you find the changeable one.. Sit still and load it up then search for one of the coord values and dont move while its searching and you will get like 20 results and you change each one till you find the one that changes the place where you are, you can only change the values while you are on auto run or you get instant dc and even that only works with the Z *height* value...
