Also, I wouldn't say it's "100% safe". Just because they're not doing something now, doesn't mean they never will. Heck, they sure as hell used to. Who's to say they won't change their mind again?
Look, I understand there's a difference between theory and practice, but it's still not a good idea to suggest that this is 'safe', because people take that the wrong way...

Keep in mind that Blizzard aren't against modifying Warden to detect cheats. They snuck in a client patch which in turn hooked one of the functions called by Warden to query memory which I was hooking in LuaNinja, and used their hook to read NTDLL off disk an do a direct syscall to NtQueryVirtualMemory.
I'm not saying that's going to happen here, as this app is unlikely to piss them off (especially compared to a lua unlocker, which they seem to absolutely hate), but it's still best to keep away from the "this is unbannable" labels.
