Cant. Kick0r reads for a cast and then presses a hotkey in game for you. To make it 'smart' like that would make it very complex.

The best you could do probably would be make a macro with /castrandom Mind Freeze, Leap type thing. Since kick0r spams the button until their castbar is gone, if one was on cd eventually the castrandom would pick the other.

Not perfect, but the only way I can think of, since there's no way in game to make a macro smart enough to see when something is on cd and if so do another thing.
Cast sequence is something people may point out, but if you use a sequence and it uses the first one, it wont ever reset to the first one until the 2nd is used. Even using a reset=10 command, if you press it after the first time, it gets stuck there.

It simply refuses to kick priests for me, I'm not sure why. I have tried every option (auto kick all casts on/off, spell id list, aura's on/off).

I was wondering if there are any updates to this mod. I have been trying to fiddle with it as a shaman and can't seem to get the focus and delay to work. Any help would be greatly appreciatted.

I wasn't sure if adding a /stop cast before windshear on the macro would be a issue.

Damn nice program you made there.

I wanted to know if its possible to let it kick everything in range, not just target or focus. Because i heal on my shaman and not possible for me to target an enemy while healing.
