How To Use Custom Profiles On Honorbuddy?

Well Guys,

I'm pretty newb to the whole 'botting' business,
I have tried using the standard profiles etc. but they aren't entirely efficient so I wanna learn how to use the profiles uploaded
on their forums...

I don't really understand it all just yet ... so yeah, please try and explain to me how to use the custom profiles and any other useful information
would be greatly appreciated
