Was also wondering if you had a chance to look at the code to make it less CPU intensive

Actually, havent looked through the code really yet. I have an idea. I'll post what I got already done this weekend. In the mean time, I'll toy with a couple of options for the user to reduce scan frequency. Honestly, when I look at my CPU load, it barely touches mine. Running an AMD Phenom 2Ghz (or close to that) ummm... dual core, quad core? Think it is quad. My brain is much from no sleep so don't quote me on it. heh. But I'll come up with something for Sunday maybe or Monday.

updated for 4.2.2.14545 and added a possible option to delay the scan and hopefully help with CPU overhead. It didn't make a difference for me but then again it only tops at 12% CPU usage on my system.

New to this ... Where do I put the code in. I know it's not a macro or bot, not not sure where to put it. Thanks.

Not sure what "code" you are referring to. Just down load the archive. Unzip it and run the executable. Go to your WoW's keybindings and find which key is bound to your "mouseover interact". Enter that key into the Mouseover Interact field in Little Hooker and click start. Now when you cast, it will auto catch for you. You have to manually cast your pole yourself, it just auto catches.
