Change the settings; lower the clip distance or increase the sleep time. Will make you get less Disconnections.

Any time I do ANYTHING (move normally, cast something) to "get out" of the rotations or whatever, I automatically get disconnected, and log in at exactly the same place I started moving via XYZ. I've tried multiple sets of clip/sleep pairs to no avail.

I guess that's because the program fails to send keys. Did you change your default Left/Right move keys?

It will depend on your latency and/or on your FPS. You may not be able to use better settings.

even at the fastest speed possible, this is not really suitable for travelling, it serves mainly to clear the obstacles.

Does not seem to be working now in 4.06 ? Mine doesn't detect my position, though it does correctly identify the process id of WoW.
