I am not going to test this out for one reason.
You have to enter your Username and Pass. It is too easy for a programmer to make the program to simply mail the Username and Pass to the programmer.

I want proof.

grhm.. You can put as your username "SADASD" (you see what I mean) and just uncheck the "username" and it will only write password. WHEE?!+rep me (jk)

Neither publicly or privately. Most bots have either a built-in relogger or a community with some great people capable of developing good reloggers. (such as the nice person who wrote Shadowstrike )
