1. Open wowhead url.
2. Press right-button somewhere on the page
3. Select - display code of the page
4. Press ctrl+F and type displayid
5. Search will highlight numbers that you can use in morpher.

As your problem about different animation. You can either try neighbor numbers, i.e 21658 or so 21660. But probably you will need to search for correct number in creature.dbc. Somewhere here was a tutorial on model swap - try there.
