You need to enter DisplayID of the reins of the mount. For example, you need to morph your mount to Blazing Hippogryph. Go to wowhead, find it there (Blazing Hippogryph - Item - World of Warcraft), open source code of that page and search there for displayId (it will be 31803). That is the number we looking for, now you just type /console mount 31803 and you will be in the Blazing hippogryph.

You can morph only player model, so no, you can't change your pets. About sheating - it cannot be done by this morpher, I think you need some serious file editing to do this.

Just put the following in a macro:

/console morph 30000

EDIT:: I would suggest that you store your macros on your computer before creating any of these macros. Dunno if they check closely enough but by default, your macros are stored on blizzard servers.

Just do a google search for how to store macros on your computer, you can either enter the command in game or edit it in your config file.
