Features:
The program uses a speech synthesizer to read out chat messages i.e.
"Whisper message from <playername>. Hello World" or
"General message from <playername>. Hello world"
It can now also read out the quest description for the selected quest in your logbook.

General:
Thanks to everyone who has tried this out and left suggestion/feedback. Both are still welcome.
Regarding additional voices. Vista and XP only come installed with one voice each.
On XP it's Microsoft Sam and on Vista is Microsoft Anne.

Cepstral offer a never ending free trial of their voice engines.
The only difference between the trial and the retail is that the trial
will ask you to register every now and again.
