In fact, not only does not NOT work, the file wont even open. Jumps right into an error message. (Regular error message)

That reminds me, is wow needed in key registery?
If yes; I would suggest making a manual "selection" of wow directory from the program itself. Like many other programs have, it looks for wow and you can just select the number (example 3XXX World of Warcraft) - I don't really know how that is done though.

I thought that W7 64 bits had the capability of opening and working with things for 32bits, I have both W7 32 and 64 bits and the 64Bits works better than the 32 one so I think it should works.

PS: in the post it says its for 3.3.2 which means its outdated, no one should download it until it has been updated.

Anyone know of any alternative "radar" (for seeing players /searching for name-specific mobs/objects) ?

Same happends for me.. in the status bar: "Status: Waiting for process"
