If i am contracted by Ford to produce a new concept car and i take the design from Holden, don't you think Holden would be just a 'tad' angry that someone had gone and stolen their work for profit?

In other words, if someone tries to profit off the work of others without even a mention of their work, they're going to get put down for it.
